Formerly a Director at Newton Fallowell and Fine & Country, he has also held senior management roles at Halifax Property Services and Alliance & Leicester Estate Agents, giving him the expertise to help you achieve the best possible price for your home.

During his time at Halifax Property Services, Kevan was involved in the early introduction and development of Rightmove, giving him a forward-thinking understanding of how technology has reshaped the property industry. This experience means he has a strong grasp of how AI and digital innovation continue to influence today’s housing market, helping clients stay ahead in a fast-moving landscape.

When he’s not travelling across the county helping clients buy and sell property, Kevan can usually be found out walking his dog or cheering on his grandson from the sidelines at football—bringing the same warmth and down-to-earth energy to his personal life as he does to his work.
